UCD Library has embarked on a major transformation project to reshape its library and services for 21st century learning needs. This is an opportunity for staff from CONUL libraries to visit the James Joyce Library and find out about this exciting project, the first phase of which, the redevelopment of Level 3, was completed in August 2023. As well as talks about the project, there will be updates about its impact on UCD Library Cultural Heritage collections, the UCD Library Curation Project, Citizen Science, and our newly developed multi-Faith Room.

There will be tours of the redeveloped spaces which include Sensory Transition and Study Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Staff Offices, and an Exhibition Space.
