The exhibition, curated by Dr. Jenny Butler, Lecturer in the Study of Religions, draws from ethnographic interviews with people about fairy encounters, as well as including some contextual information on traditional understandings of fairies and the kinds of folklore collections that exist in the Irish context, as well as that of Newfoundland in Canada and Iceland.
The exhibition is held on the ground floor of the Boole Library, is open to all and will run until June. Please do come along to check out this very exciting exhibition.
