Implementing & Delivering Virtual Reference Services in CONUL Libraries
The purpose of this online meet-up is to provide a forum for staff from CONUL Libraries to share their experiences of delivering online virtual references services.
Given the recent move to delivering all our services online, we thought it would be useful and timely to hear what individual libraries are currently doing in this area. What platforms/systems are CONUL Libraries using? How are these services managed and delivered? What has worked well, what hasn’t? Any changes, new plans for the forthcoming academic year?
We’re delighted to have speakers from a number of CONUL Libraries who will speak for approximately eight minutes each before opening the meeting to questions delivered via chat by attendees. Orla Nic Aodha, Chair, CONUL Customer Services Group, will facilitate the Q&A.
